Egg Cup / REcollection

Part of a new body of work I am calling : RE:collection

I am collecting perfect (but unwanted) ceramic objects and REdecorating them with my trademark colourful transfers in a variety of patterns...
No two pieces are the same , they are all unique because they are hand decorated...for me hand cutting and applying the transfers individually to pots is a playful & meditative process which I enjoy immensely!
It is my aim to rescue & give a new lease of life to unwanted ceramics... a second chance to be loved...
I am saving perfectly good objects from the scrap heap and I am also offsetting the new ceramics which I produce in my studio...
